Building a new home for you and your family to live in can be exciting. However, to ensure that the home construction process goes as smoothly as possible, there are a few questions you should ask your builder before construction begins.
- How Much Experience Do You Have? We have been building homes throughout the Collingwood, Ontario area for several years. Due to this, you can rest assured that we will be able to successfully create the home of your dreams for you.
- How Long Will the Process Take? Every home construction project varies in length. Although we can give you a rough estimate of when your home will be completed, keep in mind that your home could be finished sooner or a little bit later than originally planned.
- How Often Will I Receive Updates? During the home construction process, we will give you regular updates on how your project is progressing. We encourage you to give us general guidelines before construction begins regarding how often you want to hear from us. You should also let us know what form of communication you would like us to use.
- What if I Want to Make Changes to the Design Plan? It is best to let us know if you want to make changes to your new home’s design as soon as possible. Please remember, though, that how far along we are in the construction process will often determine whether the alterations are feasible.
